Today I am very achy! I did a legs day yesterday so very sensitive on my legs today. I know the gym is going to be shut on Friday and Monday as it is Easter weekend, so I waddled over to the gym anyway.        I thought I might just do some stretching as I am that bad but once in the atmosphere, with my ipod in I decided to push my poor body a little. I did stay away from weights though which is good for me.   I started off with a 200 meter casual row - usual warm up, except I normally sprint it. I then decided I would spent a good 10 minutes stretching - something I always seem to neglect, and it shows!
